Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was amazing! the food was absolutely delicious, especially the buffet that offered a variety of dishes. the room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains. the location was perfect for outdoor activities, with hiking trails nearby.
The slow internet connection, but it didn't bother us much as we were more focused on enjoying the outdoor activities and the New Year's celebrations.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. The decorations for Christmas were absolutely beautiful, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us to local restaurants and providing recommendations for activities in the area.
The room was not up to our expectations. The heating didn't work properly and it was freezing cold, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We were extremely impressed with this hotel. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival and throughout our stay, they were always friendly and helpful. The suite we booked exceeded our expectations, with luxurious amenities and a comfortable sitting area. The restaurant offered a delicious range of options, from good to amazing. We highly recommend choosing the halfboard option, as it is much cheaper. The location was perfect, with the center of Bad Sachsa just a short walk away. And the surrounding countryside offered beautiful walks, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
We recommend this luxurious hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel's location is conveniently close to the town center. the rooms are well maintained and clean, with modern en suite bathrooms. the staff are attentive and courteous, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the breakfast, with a variety of hot and cold options, is delicious. the hotel boasts spa and gym facilities and a swimming pool under construction.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff was really friendly and competent, and the amenities like the pool and sauna were more than satisfactory. The surrounding countryside was perfect for marvellous walks, which we really enjoyed. Plus, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location to the center of this city.
